Delete Your Account and Data
You can ask Annan Digital Labs to delete your account and associated personal data from any of our apps at any time. This page explains how.
How It Works
Four Simple Steps
Send your request
Use the form on this page or email us from the address linked to your account. Tell us which app your request is about.
We verify it is you
To protect your account, we confirm the request came from the account owner, usually by replying to your email.
We delete your data
We delete your account and associated personal data from our active systems within 30 days.
You get confirmation
We email you once deletion is complete, including details of anything we are legally required to retain.
Submit a Request
Request Deletion
Fill in the form and we will email you to confirm. Please use the email address associated with your app account.
Prefer email? Write to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”, the app name and the email address on your account.
What we delete
- Your account profile (name, email address, username)
- Content you created or uploaded in the app
- App preferences and settings stored on our servers
- Device tokens used for notifications
What we may keep
- Records of purchases or transactions, where tax or accounting law requires them
- Information needed to prevent fraud, abuse or security incidents
- Anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you
