How do I update an app to the latest version?
Open Google Play, tap your profile icon, choose Manage apps & device, then Updates available, and update the app. You can also enable auto-update for our apps.
The app is not working correctly. What should I try first?
Make sure you have the latest version, restart your device, and check your internet connection. If the problem continues, send us a support request with your device model, Android version and a description of what happened.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the instructions sent to your email. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us.
How do I delete my account and data?
Visit our Data Deletion page and submit a request, or use the delete account option inside the app where available.
Where can I read an app’s privacy policy?
Every app’s privacy policy is listed in our Privacy Center and linked from its Google Play listing.
How do I request a refund for a purchase?
Purchases made through Google Play are handled under Google Play’s refund policies. You can request a refund through Google Play, or contact us and we will help where we can.
